It has a stainless steel cabinet and tank. The tank has its own stainless steel cover for additional protection. The stainless steel construction increases its endurance, empowering it to withstand the outdoor elements, and makes it easy to maintain. The CV-PF-1NG comes with three heat exchanger tubes per tank, positioned perfectly for easy cleaning. The high limit shut off safely cuts the gas flow if the fryer exceeds a certain temperature, ensuring a safe operation.
The Portable Outdoor Fryer has a millivolt thermostat control to adjust temperatures between 200°F and 400°F. This gives employees greater flexibility and control over the operation.
