The Beverage Air SPED27HC-C-B Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a prep table featuring two refrigerated drawers and eight 1/6 pans for chilled ingredients. With 6.9 cu. ft. of refrigerated space in the convenient undercounter drawer sections for quickly accessing additional items. Each drawer section can hold up to a 6″ deep pan for storing more ingredients.

The worktop consists of an extended cutting board that is 17” deep and runs the full width of the unit providing more than enough space to do prep work. The cutting board is easily removed for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not run the full width of the work area providing space for sauces and ingredients that don’t need refrigeration. The pans included with this refrigerated counter are made from durable, easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic.

The drawers feature slides with a locking mechanism to prevent them from being pulled out of the cabinet accidentally. Stainless steel frames are used to support the telescoping drawer slides for effortless access to ingredients. The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained between 36º and 38ºF to keep food safe for extended periods.

The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of this prep counter has an efficient 1/10 HP compressor with 1140 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. Cooling is efficiently provided with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental regulations. Automatic defrosting is provided with a non-electric system.

This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps. An 8′ power cable with an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug comes standard.
