With a 40-gallon capacity, this Groen AHS-40 is durable, easy to use, and has the capacity necessary to meet your business’s demands. It has a solid one-piece 316 stainless steel construction. Even its exposed surfaces are made from stainless steel and its kettle body has been insulated for increased endurance and temperature regulation. This AHS-40 comes with three adjustable legs for ideal leveling and a faucet mounting bracket comes standard. It has a 180 emery grit interior polish and a uniform #3 exterior finish. Its drawoff valve has a durable, insulated handle and Dupont Viton compression sealing dish. This Gas Kettle comes equipped with a No. 51 counterbalanced actuator to maintain the cover in an open or closed position as needed.
