The Imperial Range IR-8-G24-CC Pro Series restaurant range unites eight open burners, a 24-inch griddle, and two convection ovens in a 72-inch footprint. Built for high-volume lines, it lets chefs sear, simmer, griddle, and bake from a single station to keep tickets moving.
Cast iron grates and pilot-lit burners with a low simmer feature keep sauces steady while pans rotate through the fire. The 3/4-inch polished steel griddle plate supports searing and breakfast production, and the 3-inch grease trough with removable grease pan and crumb tray streamlines cleanup. Manual controls deliver straightforward operation for consistent results across shifts.
Each convection oven uses a 1/2 HP blower motor to move heat across three chrome racks inside a porcelain interior. Roast trays of vegetables, finish casseroles, or bake desserts without tying up the sauté side. A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and 6-inch adjustable legs provide durability and easy placement on the line.
