Technician’s Note: While “inclined” racks are popular for gravity-fed systems, this “Flat” rack is the preferred choice for gas-driven BIB pump systems (like Shurflo or Flojet). A flat surface ensures the internal bag collapses evenly, maximizing syrup yield and preventing “short-pumping” caused by air pockets.
